Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At Purposeful Sky, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take great pride in the quality of our products and the care with which they are made and shipped. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help!

Returns & Exchange Eligibility

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify.
  • Due to hygiene standards, used skincare products, juices, and personal care items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Opened or used skincare items (body butters, scrubs, soaps)
  • Cold-pressed juices
  • Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To begin the process:

  • Email us at purposefulsky@purposefulsky.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order numberproduct name, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Attach a photo if the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or defective product).

 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully package every order, but if your item arrives broken, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@purposefulsky.com with photos and order details. We’ll ship out a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
  • Re-check your bank or credit card account.
  • Contact your payment provider—sometimes it takes a few business days to post.
  • Still not showing? Email us at purposefulsky@purposefulsky.com , and we’ll help resolve it.
